Back cover printing and finishing
The second cover was printed by Erredue 1973 in 6-colour UV offset (CMYK and two metallic Pantone colours) using the Moon foil technique: the cold printing is done with ALUFIN KPS SLIM 2.0, a metallic silver. The product's special feature is the ultra-thin PET layer of 6µ, the thinnest on the market. Subsequently, two hot stamping passes were performed: one for lettering, with LUXOR MTS 107469 N, a delicate satin metallic pink. The other is for the bottom of a nameplate, with the timeless and versatile holographic SB NEON SEAMLESS/AL-XL. All materials for the finishing are from Luxoro.
Laser cutting
Laser cutting of the tags and tear-off was performed with Sei Laser's PaperOne 3500 automatic digital die-cutting system, capable of state-of-the-art creasing and die-cutting sheets up to 350 x 1000 mm. The processes possible with PaperOne 3500 are not limited to die-cutting but extend to micro-perforations, tear-offs, easy opening, micro-punching, serial number coding, and many other paper embellishment effects. Equipped with automatic loading and unloading, the system allows for easy and professional production of small and medium runs, guaranteeing a quality result that is an absolute market reference.
